Selections for Tournament Representation
Selected players will represent Veeran in the international exposure tournament in Madrid.
Travel Depends on Selection & Confirmation
Only selected players who confirm participation will travel to Spain for the tournament.
Trial Terms & Conditions
Note: These terms apply specifically to trial participation. Tournament participation (if selected) will have separate terms and conditions.
Trial Participation Requirements
- All participants must be between 9 and 19 years of age at the time of trials.
- Participants must provide accurate and truthful information regarding player age, eligibility, and personal details.
- Valid age proof documents (birth certificate, school ID, passport, or Aadhar card) must be presented at the trial venue.
- Participants must comply with all trial schedules, timings, and venue guidelines.
- Sportsmanship and fair play must be maintained throughout the trials.
- Decisions made by coaches, evaluators, and the organizing committee regarding player selection are final and binding.
- Participation in sports events carries inherent risks. By registering, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Veeran Youth League is not liable for injuries sustained during trials.
- The ₹299 registration fee is non-refundable except in case of trial cancellation by organizers.
Selection & Tournament Participation
- Trial participation does not guarantee selection for the Madrid tournament.
- Selected players will be notified separately and will receive detailed tournament terms and conditions.
- Tournament participation, travel arrangements, and associated costs are separate from trial registration.
- Selected players must confirm their participation and agree to tournament-specific terms before travel.
Age Verification & Fraud Protocol
Veeran Youth League maintains strict age verification policies for trials. If you wish to protest against age fraud or suspect another participant of age misrepresentation:
- Written Submission: Submit a formal written letter to the organizing committee detailing the complaint and suspected violations.
- Verification Fee: Pay a verification fee of ₹1,000 (One Thousand Indian Rupees) at the time of filing the protest.
- Investigation: The organizing committee will conduct a thorough investigation, including document verification and identity checks.
- Fee Refund Policy:
- If the accused participant is found guilty of age fraud, the ₹1,000 fee will be fully refunded.
- If the accusation is proven false or unsubstantiated, the verification fee will NOT be refunded.
- Final Decision: The organizing committee's decision on all protests shall be final and binding.
This policy maintains integrity while discouraging frivolous complaints. All participants are expected to compete fairly and honestly.
Liability & Medical
- Participants must be in good physical health and medically fit to participate in football trials.
- Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed during registration.
- Basic first aid will be available at trial venues, but participants are responsible for their own medical insurance.
- Veeran Youth League, its organizers, staff, and partners are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies during trials.
